I have been into birding since the early 80's,when I was avidly twitching everything possible.I left the birding scene in the early 90's,only really going birding when I was abroad on holidays.Then after a telephone call from an old friend to say that there were Waxwings in Cardiff in 2004 the bug bit me again and I have not looked back.I bought my first DSLR in 2008.

Cream cloured courser...
A nip up to the Welsh border country for a Cream coloured courser was a welcome twitch,having not seen one since 1984 in Essex. Steve Hinton,Phil Bristow and myself made the after work trip and well worth the time it was too.
