I have been into birding since the early 80's,when I was avidly twitching everything possible.I left the birding scene in the early 90's,only really going birding when I was abroad on holidays.Then after a telephone call from an old friend to say that there were Waxwings in Cardiff in 2004 the bug bit me again and I have not looked back.I bought my first DSLR in 2008.

There's a Junco in there....somewhere.
A Jaunt down to Hampshire with Phil Bristow, Alun Hughes and Steve Hinton to see the long staying Junco and Spanish sparrow and rumour had it that there was a Pink-stink locally too,but we failed to connect with it.
